Red Velvet Smoothie
Ingredients

1/2 cucumber, chopped (and frozen if desired)
A few handfuls of baby spinach (or greens of choice)
3 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 cup mixed red berries
1 cup of milk of choice (I used cashew milk)
1/2 fresh or frozen banana
3 small or 1 large pitted date
1 Tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 serving Beta Red beet powder (or 1/4 cup fresh beet)
pinch of cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender (Vitamix) until smooth.
