WEEKLY COACHING ($350/MONTH)

Initial 60-minute phone consultation to discuss your history, short and long-term goals, and details of schedule, equipment, etc. that will impact training and racing

Daily training schedule via TrainingPeaks that includes cycling, running, strength/core, yoga, and stretching workouts as appropriate

Premium TrainingPeaks account included

Weekly update to training schedule based on weekly review of training log and power files

Weekly phone appointment to check in

Full email access to allow modification to schedule due to changes in recovery, family or work commitments, weather, etc.
MONTHLY COACHING ($225/MONTH)

Initial 60-minute phone consultation to discuss your history, short and long-term goals, and details of schedule, equipment, etc. that will impact training and racing

SMALL GROUP CLINICS ($240/2 HOURS - TOTAL PER GROUP, 2-6 PEOPLE)

In-person small group instruction on NWA trails (Little Sugar, Slaughter Pen, Coler, Back 40, Hobbs, etc.)

Focused coaching on mountain bike or cyclocross skills: cornering, descending, navigating roots and rocks, dismounting and remounting, starting fast, etc.

Observational as well as video feedback to guide progress

Gather a group of friends and pick a topic to practice or a specific trail to session!

HOURLY ONE-ON-ONE SKILLS SESSIONS ($75/HOUR - 2 HOUR MINIMUM)

In-person instruction on NWA trails (Little Sugar, Slaughter Pen, Coler, Back 40, Hobbs, etc.)

Individualized coaching on mountain bike or cyclocross skills: cornering, descending, navigating roots and rocks, dismounting and remounting, starting fast, etc.

Phone consultation to discuss specific training or racing questions
NUTRITION CONSULTING ($100/HOUR initial consult, $75/HOUR follow-up consults)

Initial 60-minute phone consultation to discuss your history, short and long-term goals, and any allergies, sensitivities, preferences, details of schedule that impact your diet, etc.

Custom nutrition plan based on your individual needs and goals that may include hand-selected recipes, tips for maintaining good habits while traveling, macronutrient goals, nutrient timing for improved performance, and other topics
