Chocolate Tahini Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond coconut blend)
1/2 banana
several small, pitted dates (depending on desired sweetness)
1/2 cucumber, chopped
large handful baby spinach or greens of choice
2 tablespoons tahini
2-3 tablespoons raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder, or sub carob powder if caffeine-free)
vanilla to taste
optional: 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs, 1 teaspoon mesquite powder

Directions
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender (Vitamix) until smooth.
